Throughout my life’s journey, I have been greatly inspired by the countless forms and images found in nature, each imparting a new element into my work. The back paws of rabbits. The shape of an animal’s eyes and the play of light. The smooth curvature of bones, the ridges of life, the curvature of a skull’s eye sockets. These are just some of the things that found their way into my creative vision, and will often find their way into my work. Lately I have also become very fond of Pantone color palettes, which I’ve been working to include in my paintings as well.
Following my love and passion I have focused heavily on drawing animals, and I see my work as a study of the iconography of nature.
